Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room was spacious and very clean, with a huge and really comfortable bed, but it unfortunately smelled musty. The service from the staff was very welcoming and helpful, although they were surprisingly slow and inefficient for Japanese standards. The location was good, very close to the station and many good restaurants, but a bit far from the train station. The dining experience had a good variety of food and was enjoyable. The facilities were satisfactory, with some room for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was incredibly spacious and had a luxurious bath for two, but some furniture was old and half-broken. The bed was so comfortable with plenty of pillows that it was hard to get out of. However, the service was slow, inefficiency stood out even by Japanese standards, and there was a bit of a creepy vibe. The location was convenient for my business needs but a bit far from downtown. The dining options were decent with good variety, but compared to other hotels, there was less variety available, and the fried rice was a highlight.
I found this hotel to be very convenient for my business needs, despite being a bit far from downtown. The rooms were spacious with two large beds, very clean, and had a separate living area, though they tended to be hot even in autumn. The service was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect for my business activities, near the station and good restaurants. Dining options were delightful, offering a variety of both Western and Japanese dishes.
