King Ambassador Hotel Kumagaya, Kumagaya

The hotel room was spacious and very clean, with a huge and really comfortable bed, but it unfortunately smelled musty. The service from the staff was very welcoming and helpful, although they were surprisingly slow and inefficient for Japanese standards. The location was good, very close to the station and many good restaurants, but a bit far from the train station. The dining experience had a good variety of food and was enjoyable. The facilities were satisfactory, with some room for improvement.
